1. Membership Application & Approval
By submitting a membership application to the Institute of Content Creation Management (ICCM), you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. ICCM reserves the right to verify any information provided and to reject or cancel any application that is found to be fraudulent or incomplete.
2. Fees & Payments
Membership fees, application fees, induction fees, and any other charges are as stated on our website or in official communications. All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before membership benefits are activated. ICCM reserves the right to change fee structures with reasonable notice.
3. Code of Conduct
Members must adhere to ICCM’s professional code of conduct, which includes acting with integrity, respecting intellectual property, promoting ethical content creation, and upholding the reputation of the Institute. Violation may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, materials, assessments, and certifications provided by ICCM are the intellectual property of the Institute. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
ICCM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, membership portal, or participation in events. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the member in the preceding twelve months.
6. Amendments
ICCM reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
