Regulatory Compliance

Last updated: June 13, 2026

1. Corporate Governance

The Institute of Content Creation Management (ICCM) operates in full compliance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We maintain a board of trustees and an advisory council to ensure ethical and transparent governance.

2. Data Protection Compliance

ICCM complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019. We have implemented policies to ensure that personal data is collected, processed, and stored lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We have designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be reached at dpo@iccmedu.org.

3. Anti‑Money Laundering (AML)

ICCM adheres to anti‑money laundering regulations. We verify the identity of members and may conduct due diligence on large or suspicious payments. We do not accept anonymous memberships.

4. Consumer Protection

ICCM complies with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA). Members have the right to clear information about fees, cancellation policies, and complaint procedures. If you have a complaint, please contact our compliance officer at compliance@iccmedu.org.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

ICCM respects intellectual property rights and expects members to do the same. All ICCM‑branded materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

6. Accessibility

We are committed to making our website and services accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. If you experience accessibility issues, please inform us at accessibility@iccmedu.org.

7. Reporting Violations

Any suspected violation of laws, regulations, or ICCM policies should be reported to our compliance officer. Reports can be made anonymously and will be investigated promptly.
